Central - but still near jungle and beaches!
The apartments are located just 10 minuttes from the airport and 5 minuttes by multicab from center of Butuan in the area called "Libertad", which is much more quiet than the center of the city.
Transportfacilities are very good, there is multicabs every minutte from the highway, located just 500 meters from the apartments. A trip to downtown of Butuan with 2 large malls, several stores and big markets is only 6 PHP and takes few minuttes!
Employees Village is a very safe neighbourhood. The apartments are located on a private property with a large concretewall around it. Further there is a big irongate, so our lessees and owners always can have a safe stay in the units and area in general.
The Northern part of Mindanao in the Philippines is a very quiet and safe area, even for foreigners. The goods here is cheap and most of the people are catholics, meaning there is no extreme muslims in Butuan City.
Nearby you can enjoy the white beaches and surfing of Siargao or visit the vulcano island of Camiguin with fantastic diving sites, waterfalls, hot / cold springs and pure white sand,
